Goodbye 2009. Welcome 2010. There are lots being done and there are equally lot still undone.
Year 2010 promised better things to come. Of course they are not cheap. Not without effort. The greatest effort for this year is mindset transformation.
Mindset, as the name called, is not easy to deal with. Once settled, it is very difficult to change. However, change in mindset is a must, like it or not.
As for me, I’ve outlined 7 mindset transformations:
- Look at whatever happen as natural: No positive or negative, until I decide which one. And I prefer to look at the positive side, even if it is the tiniest one.
- Treat proscrastination seriously. Look at it from the Theory of Relativity by Albert Einstien, E=mc². Pay attention to the factor of time, c. Any delay will exponential the effect of energy, E to produce the same result. Proscrastination is a killer. The no.1 killer.
- Rely on myself. All this while, I’ve been rely on others for some very important things in my life. Not anymore. With or without them, thing can still be done. Else, don’t do it at all. Others can only be around to help to expedite it, make it slightly easier or just because I’m not going to dirty my own hands.
- Serve to learn. Learn to unleash potentials in me through service. Serve the church with my ICT expertise. Teach the youth to do intertnet marketing. Teach the pensioners to produce persuasive writing ebooks. Serve the PTA so that I my children are confident in their class.
- Write my eBooks. 1 for each month. It should start with market research, opt-in page, list building, eBook content, Sales page, ezine and forum contribution.
- write 2 blog post a week. The blog post is complete with opt-in page and autoresponder.
- Get closer to God. He is my creator. The way to be more powerful is to get closer to the source of power. God is that source of power. I will pray everyday to ask God for guidance.
That is the 7 mindset transformation for the year 2010. You are free to copy it. Practise it and do whatever it takes to make it come true. It is not a dream. It is an action plan.
