Originality sound easy but quite difficult to do. That is not because you are not good enough. Everyone has the potential to be original.
Equally potential.
The only difference between us is how good we appreciate our originality. My writing style is different from yours. Your writing style is different from your friend. Your friend’s writing style is different from your friend’s friend. Your friend’s friend’s friend writing style is different from mind. The list can go on and on. That’s why I cut it short, back to me.
The point is: Everyone can produce original persuasive writing.
Question: Why only few can do it?
The answer is FEAR. Your greatest fear is “fear of being yourself”. Everyday, you, me and your friend want to become someone else. I wish I am Bond. James Bond. You wish you are Lara Croft. Your friend wish she is Cinderella. Everybody wish to become someone else but themselves.
The more you want to become someone else, the more far away you are from yourself. The further you are from yourself, the more diluted you are. The more diluted you are the less strength you have. The less strength you have, the less confidence you are on yourself.
A man without confidence has no originality. He prefers to drift follow the current.
That is why you need to get back your originality.
How?
Accept the fact that you, like the guy you wish to be, is special. You are the only kind in the world right now. You are exist for reason. You may not asked to be around, but once around, you need to be the very real you.
